Everything we make is printed to order in South Carolina and shipped to your door.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 states in the USA.
Local delivery and pickup in Florence, SC
If you live in the Florence, SC area, you can choose local delivery for a fee or free pickup instead of shipping. The options appear at checkout when your shipping ZIP code is in our local area.
Pickup is available Tuesday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 1 PM (closed Sunday and Monday). If you choose pickup, you pick your pickup day and a one-hour time slot at checkout. For local delivery, we will contact you to set a delivery time.

Production time
Every piece is made to order. Production starts after you approve your digital proof.
Timing depends on the item and how many you need. Tell us your event date when you order and we will plan the timing with you. If you have a tight deadline, contact us before you order.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and your address.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will send you tracking information by email.
Shipping insurance
Once your package is with the carrier, lost or stolen packages are the carrier's responsibility. For peace of mind, you can add shipping insurance at checkout when you choose standard shipping: 3% of your items total, with a $1.99 minimum. If an insured package is lost, stolen, or damaged in the mail, we will file the claim for you and reprint or refund your order once the claim is approved.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or does not match your approved proof, contact us as soon as you can with a photo of the problem and your order number. We will make it right.
Returns and refunds
Because each piece is custom made just for you, all sales are final: custom items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. You agree to this at checkout. Please check names, dates, numbers, and sizes carefully on your proof before you approve it.
