The terms for ordering custom pieces from Infinite Luxe Designs. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Custom orders
Every piece we make is custom made for you from the photos, names, dates, and details you send us. We begin production only after you approve your digital proof.
Your proof
Please check every name, date, number, size, and spelling on your proof before you approve it. Once you approve a proof, we print exactly what you approved.
All sales are final
Because each piece is made just for you, custom items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. You agree to this when you add an item to your cart and again at checkout.
If your order arrives damaged or does not match your approved proof, contact us with a photo of the problem and your order number and we will make it right.
Your photos and content
By sending us photos, logos, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to use them and that they can be printed. We may decline any order that includes content we are not able to print.
Photos must be clear and good resolution, in PNG or JPEG format. Low-quality photos may print blurry; we will let you know if a photo is too blurry before we print.
Colors and materials
Printed colors can look slightly different from how they appear on your screen, and colors can vary between materials such as fabric, vinyl, and ceramic.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is due at checkout. Shipping or local delivery charges, where they apply, are added at checkout.
Production, shipping, delivery, and pickup
Production time depends on the item and the size of your order. Shipping, local delivery in the Florence, SC area, and pickup are described in our shipping policy.
Wayside Uplift Initiative items
Proceeds from the Shop Wayside Items collection go to Wayside Uplift Initiative Inc.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms shown on this page when you place your order apply to that order.
